I didn’t get as much done on the Seasonal Outfits mod as I wanted to this week. Almost finished with Sam… just need to do his Spirit Festival outfit. The last few characters are taking a while since I’m having to redo a bunch of their portraits and sprites. It’s slow going, but I am getting there.
🎨 Art🎨
I started to ink the spaceships for a book cover commission. They’re coming along nicely. Drawing and creating machines is always fun.
🎮 Game 🎮
- Honkai Star Rail : Sadly, I didn’t get Tribbie! 😭 But it’s fine since there’s no one I really want this patch anyway. I’ll save for the new Dan Heng next update! Tried the Fate collab… and honestly? Not super into the story. It dragged a bit and had a lot of talking with not a lot happening. I did enjoy the battle mode, though.
- Love and Deepspace: OMG Xavier’s new banner is AMAZING. I am so glad I saved some pulls because I really like him. Got one of his cards but not his pair (yet). Trying to hold back and not spend more unless I absolutely have to. Really hoping I win my next 50/50 or my poor wallet will be in danger LOL.
- Stardew Valley (SDS Save): Been playing my Seven Deadly Sins save here and there. The mod creator did such a good job. I love the writing and characters. I added the Free Love mod (newly updated) because I really can’t decide between the love interests. There are too many good ones.
📚 Reading 📚
- The Priory of the Orange Tree: Didn’t really enjoy this one. Very cool worldbuilding, but there was too much telling and not enough showing for me. Just couldn’t get into the story or the characters.
- Silas Marner: Reading this for book club and… oof. It’s kind of a downer so far. Hoping it turns around and doesn’t just spiral into full-on tragedy.

This week was kinda rough. Didn’t get nearly as much done as I wanted. On the days I did feel okay, I worked hard… but I’ve been in bed more often than I would have liked. Still trying to take things one step at a time and not beat myself up over it.
Hope you’re all doing well and staying cool. I’m SO ready for this heat to go away. Fall can’t come soon enough
