Update 11-23-2024

🦃 Weekly Update 🦃

 

💻🎉Hey everyone! It’s been a pretty solid week, especially now that I’ve got my new PC up and running.  I’ve been able to make a lot more progress with digital art—like retexturing a background for a friend’s commission. I’m also still working on the Stardew Valley Nyapu-Style Seasonal Portraits Mod. I didn’t get as many pixel portraits done as I wanted. I’m focused on the Flower Festival Portraits, so hopefully, I’ll have those ready soon.

 

📔📖On the reading front, I finished Blood and Thunder and Treasure Island, so I’m at 87 books out of 100 for the year. Still got a little catching up to do, but I’m getting there. I am continuing my reading of The Lovecraft Collection and Cibola Burn, after I put them down for a while. So far, they’re both pretty awesome.

 

🎮🤖In gaming, I’m in the late stages of my first Planet Crafter run—almost done with it, and I can’t wait to check out the DLC.  And now that my new PC can handle it, I’ve been all about Cyberpunk 2077. Just love wandering around that crazy futuristic world.

 

✍️💞I also found a bit of time to work on writing this week. I’m making steady process on the first draft of my short romance story called “You Knew.” It’s coming along, but I still have a lot to go before it’s ready to share.
